Travis Scott x Jordan Cut The Check Trainer Release Date

We reported on it a few weeks ago, Travis Scott released a series of teasers of futurecollabs with Nike in conjunction with the release of his album Utopia. Mac Attack, Air Jordan 1... and a completely new silhouette. Mistakenly identified on the Cannes Film Festival red carpet at the end of May, it was truly inducted by La Flame on June 3, during an appearance at the SZA concert in Amsterdam. This is its very first signature model, the Jordan Cut the Check.

The whole shoe is embellished with the Texan rapper's characteristic signatures, from the famous inverted central swoosh to the mention of Jack on the outsole, as well as an original Jumpman-style Travis logo embroidered on the heel. As for materials, we're heading for a classic combination of smooth leather and suede. Details we were able to glean over time, as the artist appeared more and more with the pair. From the K-POP video to a live show in Rome to a vacation in Greece, Travis wore his creation all summer long. There's still a lot more to discover about him, but we already know, through these same channels, that several colorways are scheduled.
